Mr. Kameda started his career at The Fuji Bank, Limited (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd.) and joined Trial Company, Inc., where he served as Director, Senior Managing Director & Senior Executive Manager of Corporate Strategy Headquarters and Executive Vice President.

  • Ryota Ishibashi has served as Director of Trial Holdings Inc. since June 2018. Mr. Ishibashi has experience working for TRE, Inc. and Yantai Trial Retailing Engineering Co., Ltd, where he served as Chairman. Mr. Ishibashi has also served as Executive Manager of Small Format Business Division, Sales Headquarters; Director & General Manager of TCM, Product Headquarters; and Executive Vice President of Trial Company, Inc., where he currently serves as Representative Director and President.

Mr. Nagata currently serves as Representative Director and CEO of Retail AI, Inc.

  • Hirofumi Tatsumoto has served as Director of Trial Holdings Inc. since September 2020. Mr. Tatsumoto started his career as Assistant for Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, The University of Tokyo and has also served as Assistant Professor for Manufacturing Management Research Center, The University of Tokyo; Associate Professor for School of Business Administration, University of Hyogo; Visiting Researcher at MIT (Sloan School of Management); Associate Professor for Faculty of Business Sciences, Tsukuba University. Mr. Tatsumoto currently serves as Professor for Faculty of Business Sciences, Tsukuba University and Outside Director of Retail AI, Inc.

Mr. Agari started his career at The Bank of Fukuoka, Ltd. and has experience working as Deputy Manager, Finance Department, Finance & Accounting Headquarters of Trial Shared Service, Inc., Senior Executive Vice President of TRIAL Estate Development, Inc. and Deputy General Manager, Group Management Strategy Office, Corporate Strategy Department of Trial Holdings Inc. Mr. Agari currently serves as Auditor of Trial Company, Inc. and Retail AI, Inc.

  • Michishige Hashimoto has served as Outside Corporate Auditor of Trial Holdings Inc. since June 2020. Mr. Hashimoto started his career at Supreme Court Legal Training and Research Institute and later joined Kitahama Partners, and currently serves as Partner of Josui Law Office, which he established in January 2017, Outside Director of SENTAN Pharma Co., Ltd., Outside Corporate Auditor of NIPPON INSURE & CO., Outside Corporate Auditor of CAM Corp. and Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) of iQPS Inc.
